Return & Exchange Policy

All Sales Are Final – No Returns Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each item is made specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

30-Day Exchange Policy We offer a 30-day exchange for an item of equal value. If you'd like to exchange your item, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be for an item of the same value.

Order Changes & Cancellations All orders are handcrafted and go into production within 24 hours of purchase. If you need to make any changes to your order, you must notify us within 3 days of placing your order at no additional charge. Change requests made after the 3-day grace period will be subject to a rush fee starting at $20, which may increase depending on the complexity of the item.

Shipping & Delivery Once your order has been handed off to a delivery service, Blue Confetti Blossom is no longer responsible for the item. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the care of the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for added protection.
